The place
Burnt Fork Ranch.
This one's at Burnt Fork Ranch. 10,000 acres in Montana's Bitterroot Valley near Stevensville, all rolling hills, open fields, and forested mountains, with secluded cabins, a long table made for late-night editing, and a quiet chapel on the property. After scouting it out, Joel put it best: “it feels like connections happen here.” That's exactly what we come for: to make something with people you'd never have met otherwise, to rest, and to feel the goodness of God.

The week
Roughly how it goes.
A week to grow your faith, sharpen your skills, build real friendships, and get out into nature.
Faith & mornings
Bible studies, slow starts, and morning stretches to set the tone for each day.
Sharpening the craft
Workshops on growing and monetizing your work, landing brand deals, and honest group content audits.
Out in Montana
Off-ranch excursions and a day in the national park. Real time outside, together.
Around the table
Shared meals, an ice breaker to kick things off, a creative challenge, and a premiere to close the week.
Before the room fills
Twenty-five seats.
That's the whole room.
Small on purpose. Enough creatives to fill one table and still know every name by the last night. Once these are claimed, the doors close until the next retreat. Don't watch this one from the timeline.
