After the Black Hills retreat
I decided we should go to South Dakota after we got the opportunity to stay in a beautiful property we'd located. Our biggest challenge was organizing and planning the retreat. It was the largest one we'd taken on to that point.
This was the biggest risk we'd taken at this point. And it turned out to be the best experience we'd had to date.
We had a lot of friends who were interested, but because this was still the first of its kind on this scale, it was much harder to find people who trusted the vision we had for Creative Minds at the time.
But God came through. After we got everyone we needed there, by the end of the trip, we were crying because of how impactful those few days were. It was amazing.
